By downloading, installing, or using the XRecovery mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and XRecovery.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: XRecovery provides fitness recovery content (e.g., guided stretching, mobility drills). We are not medical professionals.

- Consult Your Doctor: Always consult a physician before starting any new physical routine.

- Not Medical Advice: The content within the App is for informational purposes only.

- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and you voluntarily assume all risk.

3. App Usage & Licensing

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary for recovery recommendations. All processing is governed by platform standards (iOS/Android).

6. Limitation of Liability

XRecovery shall not be liable for any injuries or damages arising from your use of the App or performance of exercises.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of new Terms.
